Our solution allows you to have a self-hosted version of an email marketing service, similar to Constant Contact, MailerLite, Brevo Email, Emma, or other ESPs, but running on a server you own and control.
As the owner, postmaster, and administrator, you have the freedom to sell email marketing accounts to customers or use it exclusively for yourself.
Typically, when you sign up for an account with an ESP, you are essentially leasing their email marketing software as a SaaS. These ESPs often connect to third-party email delivery API services like Mailgun, SparkPost, SendGrid, or Amazon SES to deliver emails on their behalf.
With our solution, you can integrate with any of these services and more, or use your own MTAs.
By using your own self-hosted platform, you take full control of your email marketing operations.
Yes we can get this deployed for you anywhere you want including your own VPS, AWS, Linode, Google Cloud or elswehere. We can also provide a fully managed instance if required.
You can reliable deploy the solution from €60 Per Month in hosting fee´s, but it really depends on the size of your lists and how responsive you want the servers to be.
You can choose to deploy this 100% within Europe to make this reality easier. Furthermore the system does fully support GDPR Retrieval & Erasure to ensure system can perform GDPR compliance actions.
Whilst we can also deploy mailbox servers and user interfaces for you, this would be separate to the email marketing application. However there are other options you might find useful.
One approach is to use services like Cloudflare Email Routing or mxroute.com as your MX server, which can then forward replies to your Gmail account.
If you need a dedicated inbox, products like migadu.com or Google Workspace are ideal since our platform doesn’t have an inbox feature built-in.
To receive replies in your dedicated inbox, you can set a separate Reply-To email address in your email marketing campaigns. When someone replies, their email could be directed to your migadu.com, Google Workspace, Roundcube, or Zoho inbox.
Large email marketing campaigns often use ‘noreply’ email addresses, indicating they don’t accept replies from subscribers. Instead, they prefer customers to use other support channels for inquiries, which helps manage customer questions more efficiently. We do not suggest or recommend this, but it is one option.
Whether you choose to use an inbox for replies depends on the nature of your email list and the level of personalisation you desire. For instance, course creators, bloggers, ebook authors, coaches, and sellers on platforms like Gumroad often prefer to receive and read replies to engage with their audience.
Our platform can support these configurations, ensuring you have the flexibility to manage your email communications as you see fit.
None of our servers or solutions are suitable for cold email campaigns.
Our solutions are specifically developed for customers who primarily send opt-in emails.
We cannot support cold email activities or address any questions related to cold emailing. To illustrate, it would be like asking a vegetarian restaurant to serve you a steak – it’s simply not within the scope of what we offer.
Our services are built for sending permission based emails, not cold emails.

There are several options available to you:
Yes one click unsubscribe functionality is included in campaigns. Custom headers are also supported for future integrations. Additionally the system provides you a one click method to generate your clients DKIM keys.
This is a far more robust solution meant for those with lists of tens of thousands through to a million in size. requires dedicated resources and specific ports (such as 80 and 443) to function correctly.
In a shared hosting environment, these ports are often occupied or restricted, causing conflicts that prevent the platform from starting. Additionally, shared environments typically lack the necessary performance and stability to handle the advanced features and high demands of our platform such as sending hundreds of thousands of messages and performing complex data manipulations. To ensure optimal performance and reliability, a dedicated or non-shared environment with its own IP address is necessary.
Yes, it is possible to run the platform on the same server as other applications that use ports 80 and 443, provided that the platform has its own dedicated IP address on that server to function correctly. However, please note that we do not offer ongoing managed support services for installations in such environments you will require your own NOC team in this instance.
Yes you can set the system to require approval of any email list before being allowed to be sent to, this can be set on a per client basis allowing it to be over ridden for trusted customers.
You can automatically suspend campaigns if they generate high bounces and accounts generating high complaints.
